1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, browsing Azmous or using any prediction, simulation or VIP service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you live) and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. What Azmous provides

Azmous publishes statistical football and Virtual Sports models produced by Monte Carlo and Poisson simulations. Outputs include 1X2 probabilities, fair odds, market picks and confidence scores.

All outputs are informational estimates of likelihood. They are not tips guaranteed to win, not investment advice, and not a promise of any outcome or return.

3. Risk disclosure — read carefully

Betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Even a market our model rates highly can lose, and losing runs are a normal statistical feature of probability-based betting.

Never stake money you cannot comfortably afford to lose, never chase losses, and never borrow money to bet. Past model performance does not predict future results.

4. No responsibility for losses

You alone decide whether to place a bet, how much to stake and with which bookmaker. Azmous, its owners, staff and contributors accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, debts or other consequences arising from your use of our predictions or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azmous excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost stakes and lost expected profit.

5. Accounts and VIP membership

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. VIP membership grants personal, non-transferable access to premium picks and the private Telegram channel for the paid period.

Sharing, reselling or republishing VIP content or Telegram invites terminates your membership immediately without refund. Membership fees cover access to content, not betting results, and are non-refundable once access has been used.

6. Bookmakers and third parties

SportyBet is our recommended bookie. Azmous does not operate SportyBet or any other bookmaker, does not hold your funds and cannot settle, void or amend any bet.

Any dispute about odds, settlement, deposits or withdrawals must be raised directly with the bookmaker under their own terms.

7. Availability and accuracy

Fixtures, xG inputs and model outputs may contain errors, may be delayed, or may become outdated after team news. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time without notice.

8. Responsible gambling

If betting stops being entertainment, set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude with your bookmaker, and seek help from a local support service. Gambling can be addictive — play responsibly.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Azmous after an update means you accept the revised terms.
